ABOUT NOREEN COMPTON:

Noreen Compton is a seasoned Content Strategist, Web and Video Producer and Marketing Consultant with 20 years experience in advertising, the web, print, TV and video. Compton is available to create clever copy, provide production assistance for video projects, and manage the web marketing needs for growing companies.

Recently Noreen created a Content Strategy plan for a client at Porter-Novelli in New York. She also crafted web content for Sherwin-Williams, Realty Income and Ohio Health.

For Razorfish’s client Amway, she collaborated on a Content Strategy plan for an extensive revamping of their large international web site.

At SapientNitro in Miami, Noreen created on-line and off-line content and Content Strategy plans for clients such as Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Sony Electronics, Burger King, Kaplan University and Citibank.

During the Internet boom of the late 90s, Compton was on top of the e-commerce bubble as an Internet Consultant with the IT consulting firm, Novell/Cambridge Technology Partners. Functioning as a Web Producer and Content Strategist, she was the liaison between design teams, technical staff and clients. Compton also wrote and edited content for web sites, project proposals and marketing materials for Cambridge clients, including Blockbuster, AG Edwards, Office.com and GMAC Realty.

For five years, Compton was a Web Content Producer and Editor for AOL Time Warner Road Runner, in charge of daily web publishing and content creation for the online service.

At the Marketing and Advertising Agency MC2, Compton wrote and edited copy for the web sites of the company's corporate clients, including Lane Bryant. Compton also wrote newsletters, direct mail, and advertising materials.

As a Web Producer, Editor and Copywriter at CompuServe, Compton coordinated and edited the copy of forty free-lance writers, as well as created multi-media content for a new online service.

Compton has worked in the arenas of television and video production as well, with writing and producing experience at USA Networks, Inside Edition, and various production companies.

Speech writing is also in Compton's repertoire. She wrote keynote speeches for Bristol-Myers Squibb's National Oncology Meeting in 2003.

Compton has strong project management experience, and has completed the following courses towards a certificate in Project Management through George Washington University in Washington, D.C.: Quality for Project Managers; Schedule and Cost Control; Estimation; and Managing Projects.

Noreen holds a B.A. in Media Studies (journalism, video & film) with an emphasis in Human Development from the Ohio State University.

Compton currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida and Columbus, Ohio with her many cute pairs of shoes.
